Dolan/Maxwell will exhibit at the Seattle Art Fair 2017. Seattle is renowned for its natural beauty as its cultural landscape, the Seattle Art Fair stands as a one-of-a-kind destination for the best in modern and contemporary art and a showcase for the vibrant arts community of the Pacific Northwest. The fair brings together the region’s strong collector base; local, national, and international galleries; area museums and institutions; and an array of innovative public programming. We will be bringing a collection of works by Contemporary artists including Donald Teskey, Michael Canning, Amze Emmons, Rachel Selekman, David Shapiro, Nona Hershey, Lynne Clibanoff, Peter Brooke, Cheryl Warrick and Steven Ford. We will have an impressive selection of mid-20th Century abstract works by artists affiliated with Stanley William Hayter‘s much celebrated Atelier 17 in New York, including Fred Becker, Helen Phillips, Tom Lias, Judith Rosthchild and Krishna Reddy. You’ll also find rare and important works by Philadelphia-based Modernists Dox Thrash, Morris Blackburn & Benton Spruance –all recognized internationally for their unique contributions to 20th Century American Art.
