We are delighted to return to the Print Club of Cleveland’s 33rd Annual Fine Print Fair, September 14-17, 2017
Thursday, September 14, 2017 is the benefit preview party in the splendid
Ames Family Atrium
at the Cleveland Museum of Art, 11150 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio
We will have to see and buy the newest works on paper by Cleveland-based artists Dexter Davis, Deb Pinter and Tom Roese. And other Contemporary works by Donald Teskey, Cheryl Warrick, David Shapiro, Steven Ford, Peter Brooke, Michael Canning, Nona Hershey, Lynne Clibanoff, Shelley Thorstensen and Amze Emmons.
And important Modernist works by artists who worked at Stanley William Hayter’s Atelier 17 in New York and Paris: Fred Becker, Judith Rothschild, Phillip Kaplan, Alice Trumbull Mason, Helen Phillips, Mauricio Lasansky and his Iowa student, Tom Lias, Pierre Alechinsky, Krishna Reddy, Morris Blackburn. Many of these works are from Hayter’s own prints collection.
We also have a strong group of prints and works on paper by African American artists Paul Keene, Dox Thrash, Cheryl Warrick, Stan Whitney, Norman Lewis, Charles Elmer Harris (aka Beni Kosh, from Cleveland), Martin Puryear and Elizabeth Catlett.
