Parts and Labor: Print and Collage Works by Steven Ford: Fuller Craft Museum, Brockton, MA

August 5 - December 31, 2017

Parts and Labor: Print and Collage Works showcases the work of Steven Ford, one half of the jewelry-making duo Ford and Forlano. Referencing his approach to jewelry making, the process-driven works incorporate simple printmaking techniques to build complex and light-filled works on paper. Carved linocut blocks and collagraph plates are matrices. This survey of eight years of exploration at the printing press offers an in-depth look at an inventive artist who pushes the limits of printmaking.

This is Steve Fords's first museum exhibition which first appeared  at the Academy Art Museum, Easton, MD earlier this year and at the Aidron Duckworth Art Museum, Plainfield, NH in 2016
