The excellent A Collecting Spirit: Gifts of Paul Kania continues at the Allentown Art Museum thru September 3rd. It includes a career survey of works by Stanley William Hayter, and groups of works that explore process by Tom Lias and Fred Becker, among other significant artists who worked at Hayter's Atelier 17.
We hope you can join us this Sunday, August 27th at the Allentown Art Museum for a panel discussion between Paul Kania, Ron Rumford, Dan Lienau and Jim Toia about the relationship between art dealer and passionate collector.
The panel will begin a 1 p.m. and a free guided tour of the exhibition starts at 2 p.m.
